The Grief Relief Retreat is a 4-day emotional wellness retreat created for people who need space to breathe, process, be supported, and begin growing life around loss.
Not moving on.
Not forgetting.
Not pretending.
Learning how to carry grief differently.
Because grief and joy can exist in the same life.
Sometimes even in the same moment.
