First timers welcome!!! Explore how the science of sound can help your body relax and process pain, stress and disorder.

Come dressed in comfortable clothing with a blanket and pillow. You can sit in a chair or bring a yoga mat to lay down. The most important thing is comfort. You will be immersed in an array of sound that is designed to work with your body on a cellular level. Carrie will be your guide.
