3rd Annual Chalk The Block

Grab your chalk and help turn the sidewalks of the Historic Willamette Business District into works of art! Whether you've been creating chalk art for years or just want to spend the day drawing with family and friends, we'd love to have you. Artists of all ages and experience levels are welcome.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location:
Willamette Falls Drive between 11th and 14th Streets
Check-In & Information Booth:
Willamette Falls Drive & 13th Street (next to TVF&R Station #59)
Artist Check-In:
Check-in opens at 8:00 AM. Each participant will be assigned a chalk art space upon arrival.
Registration Fees:
4' x 4' space: $10
8' x 10' space: $25
2' x 2' tabletop accessibility space: $5
An initial supply of chalk is included with registration, and additional chalk will be available for purchase during the event. Wear clothes you don't mind getting chalky, and feel free to bring kneeling pads or cushions if that makes you more comfortable.
Awards:
1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place awards will be given in each artist category (except Preschool). All Preschool, Primary, Middle School, and High School participants will receive a participation ribbon.
