33rd Annual Senior Health & Fitness Expo

Join us for a fun, informative, and uplifting day celebrating healthy aging, wellness, and community! The 33rd Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day & Expo is a free event designed especially for older adults and community members who want to stay active, informed, and connected.

Attendees will enjoy healthy activities suitable for all fitness levels, valuable health screenings, live music with a DJ, entertainment, community resources, and FREE raffle prizes throughout the event. It’s a great opportunity to learn, move, socialize, and have fun in a supportive and welcoming environment.

The first 150 participants will receive a FREE boxed lunch from Jimmy John’s (while supplies last).
