About this Event

What to Expect

We’ll kick things off by taking a few centering breaths – a chance to turn inward and connect with our senses. After that, we’ll head out for a relaxed stroll along the 1-mile nature trail around the east end of Western Lake (behind WaterColor and Seaside). Our walk will conclude with tea, snacks, and an opportunity to connect with one another.

Trail Info

• The trail is mostly sandy, with a few boardwalks along the way.
• On the sandy path there are some tree roots popping up from time to time, so watch your step!
• While the trail is largely shaded, please note that some sections may be sunny.
