Take your teaching to the next level with Disko Yoga School's 300HR Yoga Teacher Training in partnership with Pensacola Beach Yoga!
Made up of (3) 100-hr modules, each module takes place over one weekend (Friday-Sunday) per month for 3 months.
Our 300HR program will include: advanced study of anatomy, philosophy, sequencing and the business of yoga, doctoral guest faculty on topics such as women's health, neuroscience+yoga, and mind/body medicine, training in multiple modalities including fitness-based classes and stand-up paddle board yoga, ongoing teacher mentorship and so much more!
