Limited Spaces available. Adults and ages 15+, but younger teens with prior experience at URU may be allowed.
AERIAL YOGA WORKSHOP
$20 with own silk, $25 with silk rental
We will use hammock silks to help us stretch and strengthen, flex and flow, in this aerial yoga workshop. Learn mobility exercises, deep stretches, and moves that will help you build strength and endurance. Beginner friendly.
FLOAT & RESTORE
$25 with own silk, $30 with silk rental
Low hung hammocks act as an additional prop to provide support, targeted pressure, or weightlessness as we move through poses.
In the style of yin or restorative, poses are held for several minutes each to provide release of the muscles and fascia.
There will be an extended savasana in the cocoon silks.
