30 Minute Kalisthenics in the Park
In honor of Juneteenth we'll be moving our bodies to the rhythm of Afro beats and soca, while using tradition compound calisthenic movements to get the most out of this quick form workout. This workout is for all fitness level whether your a beginner starting your journey or an experienced fitness enthusiast; this workout can meet you where your at.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT - one will NOT be provided
