About this Event

Book your 1 hour slot with friends, family or just drop in as a single space.

What you'll need


No Change rooms so please come in your sauna wear.

  • Water
  • Towel
  • Bathing suit or sauna apparel
  • Good times & high fives
  • Robe if you're wanting to be cozy. It also helps for changing out of your wet clothes into your dry clothes for the drive home.

We will be right by the ocean so you can also cold dip if you wish!
