Maintaining strong friendship networks contribute to a longer life.Join ARHA as we grow our women’s community , support one another , uplift and encourage one another.
Each session will include self care activities , an educational topic of discussion and a hands on activity a creative outlet for make and takes towards self care.

9/28- Drum circles, stress topics
10/5-EFT tapping, eating issues/ recipes
10/12-Restorative yoga, tips for behaviors
11/16-Glow meditation, creating an in home relaxing space
11/23-Vagus nerve reset, iep guidance
12/7-Tai chi, family bonding
12/14-Combo class, balancing home life
Each week has a guest facilitator for hands on work.
CLTS waiver accepted, see service facilitator for registration.
