2nd Sunday FREE Yoga

Join us for a free, all-levels Hatha Yoga class exploring the chakras through mudra, mantra, asana, meditation, and a sound bath.

September highlights the crown chakra—our center of higher consciousness, wisdom, and spiritual connection. This energy point governs how we access inner clarity, insight, and a sense of universal connection. When balanced, it helps us feel centered, inspired, and aligned with our highest self. Wear white or purple to help activate and harmonize this energy during our free Los Angeles yoga class.

Expect a gentle yet energizing flow with breathwork and core-strengthening poses to build confidence, self-trust, and grounded motivation. Modifications, blocks, and straps are provided.

Stay after to connect and enjoy a Buddha breakfast (aka fruit!).

No tips, no catch—just stretch, breathe, and unwind.
