About this Event
The Training Camp is our version of a 6 Week Challenge. The 6 weeks are designed to mirror the physical and mental preparation a boxer undergoes before a fight. Our program follows the athletic progression required to transform the body, and the nutritional and mindset guidance to help members perform at their peak.
We understand that focusing entirely on your training and nutrition isn’t realistic for the everyday fitness consumer, as life’s other demands stretch their time, will power and resources. This is also seen in professional sport. There is a reason a pro boxer will only fight two to four times a year, because the physical and mental demands placed on them during their training camps and fights take time to recover from.
We therefore implement 3, 6 week Training Camps per year. These training camps are used to allow you to ‘focus’ and achieve your best results. Then through your new and improved fitness, nutritional habits and recovery routines you will be able to maintain those results in between camps. You just have to trust the process and commit to your goals.
