This movement and meditation workshop will be taking place in the Sacred Space of the Abbey.
About this Event

Join us in the Abbey for a movement and guided meditation session that engages with Christian spirituality. These wellbeing and spirituality sessions will help us connect with God in body, mind, and soul within a sacred setting. All are welcome, but a basic level of fitness is required. Please wear comfortable or exercise clothing and bring a mat or blanket.

This is a free event, though donations are welcome to help cover costs.
