The triathlon follows a clear and accessible format, starting with a pool swim, followed by a bike on an open-air tarmac track, and finishing with a run on grass. The event is beginner-friendly and traffic-free, making it ideal for both first-time triathletes and more experienced juniors.
Athletes are supported throughout the day by experienced coaches and volunteers, with clear briefings, a safe course and plenty of encouragement. Parents can expect a calm, well-organised event where young athletes feel confident and supported.
