LAUNCH DAY - PEDAL IN THE PARK YORK

VENUE: Just outside The Little Yorkshire Coffee Co. on the Knavesmire. Look out for the York Cycle Campaign white flag.

York Cycle Campaign is delighted to have been awarded funding from the Mayor of York and North Yorkshire's Active Travel Community Fund to build the confidence of anyone who wants to get cycling!

ACTIVITIES will delivered by trained cycling coaches with volunteer assistance.

• Practice runs to try out your skill level
• Fun activities to improve your skills
• Safe training areas for children and adults
• Safe, small group bike rides on a track led by volunteer buddies
• Music to provide a great atmosphere

PREPARING before you arrive.

• Bring your bike and helmet. If you don't have a bike, there will be a few bikes available on a first come basis. Email us at [email protected]
• Please carry out bike safety checks before you arrive. 'M check' it:
• Children under 18 need to come with a responsible adult
• Please bring suncream and plenty of water
• Prepare to have fun!

REGISTRATION is recommended, but just turn up if you can't commit in advance.
