Come join this gorgeous cOMmunity- the Glow Girls is a supportive group of women out running girl empowerment classes for girls 10-14 years making a massive difference at a grass roots level. No prior experience required, just a passion to change the states through empowering young people with tools to navigate life adversities.
I always speak about this work never being over saturated and one woman cannot serve everyone- that is why I share out all my information to my graduates and those in my cOMmunity. My company works on women supporting women and we need more Glow Girls Facilitators to run empowerment workshops for girls 10-4 years.
✨ A full day of hands-on training (9am–6pm):
You’ll leave feeling confident, prepared, and equipped with the skills, tools, and framework to deliver workshops immediately. To ensure you’re ready to take action, this training is only for those who apply and are truly committed to starting right away.

This training not only provides you with an impactful business you work within your season of life (ebb & flow not hustle and grind) but it is such impactful work that it just feels so lovely to do
The first workshops of the Glow Girls Programmes have been held by the ladies that completed the training on 23 March, we then hosted another on June 22 and then October and the feedback has been heart warming, inspiring and makes me feel so happy as we address this chronic gap in wellbeing for girls 10-14 years.
One facilitator ran a workshop at the weekend and some of the girls felt it was too short- their feedback was for a longer one.
One facilitator told me two parents got in contact after the workshops to say their girls loved it and they will be asking their school to run it.
One of our Glow Girl Facilitators is booked for three full days at a secondary school offering the programme to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year girls. She is also booked for two p& classes and is a maximum capacity for May and June and has made her investment back three time over already!
If you follow along on social media you will see the caches launch themselves as I share their details and you ca see the support and positive wishes their friends and family provide - it is so heart warming.
I am bursting with pride that they trusted me enough to invest in learning the (tried and tested ) framework and took all they learned at the full day training and applied it. I am with them every step of the way and I cannot be ore proud. This grass roots movement is only getting started.
