Join us for a calming Woodland Walk for mums (and mums-to-be) with babies and young children 💛

This walk is all about slowing down, getting outside and enjoying supportive company. Whether you’re running on little sleep, feeling overwhelmed, or simply want a change of scenery, you are very welcome here 🤍

We’ll meet at the start point in Gortin Glen Forest Park, enjoy a gentle woodland walk surrounded by nature, suitable for prams, carriers and little legs, and finish with an optional café stop for anyone who would like to stay and chat.

⚠️ Important Information

• Spaces are limited to keep the group small and comfortable

• Please book a free ticket for each attending adult

• If you can’t attend, kindly cancel so another mum can come 💛

• Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times

• Paths are mostly pram-friendly but slightly uneven in places

• Walk will go ahead in light rain ☔

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking
