🥨During the Masterclass Training course, you will learn practical, playful
and interactive ways to teach play classes with purpose to the kids in your community aged 3-10 years inc all training, materials & refreshments
🥨By participating in the Pretzel Play Masterclass, you receive an array of teaching modalities and skills along with up to date knowledge and techniques.
❗️You do not need to be a yoga or mindfulness teacher to take the course.
🎈To create classes with purpose (yoga, mindfulness, meditation, song, creativity, motor skills and development) we focus on a kids love language and how they understand the world- PLAY
🎈We make everything digestible to children by meeting them where they are at, learning to do what the children in front of you need and providing you with such an array or skills, knowledge, games, ideas and props that you are so confident in your ability to run classes that kids will love.
🌈Take home yoga games, dance, music, songs, acrobalance, human pyramids and various ways to connect and use yoga, mindfulness, emotional interaction, meditation and creativity as a means to teach important lessons; in age-appropriate ways.

The Pretzel Play Masterclass Training is an interactive, playful, creative, evidenced based comprehensive, intensive and practical certification course.
🔥Be prepared to learn to how to run play classes with purpose and be a heart centred, all whilst connecting to your inner child, tapping into your true purpose, reflecting and goal setting to ensure success, playing, crafting, creating, laughing, dancing and singing!
👏Most importantly, you will come out with immediate ideas to implement , skills, evidenced based knowledge and a lot of tools, props and play to create original, captivating and interactive play experiences for kids with purpose.
You do not need any previous yoga or mindfulness experience to take the training. We are here to provide you with all the support you need on your heart centred entrepreneurship journey.
Areas Covered in the Training Masterclass Course:
🥨We will be building on what we learned in the foundation, online workshop- additional yoga postures and poses – the background, benefits, how to do them and use within a children’s class.
🥨We focus on you and your skills and interests, with ongoing reflective practice throughout to set goals and note key inspirations -this will help build up what you want to do and help with putting these initial steps into action
🥨We will also be looking at chair / seated yoga poses.
🥨We focus on play and how this is a child’s love language and their craft. Everything we do needs to be play based and I am a huge play advocate.
🥨We will cover connection and warm ups (That you can tweak and use to suit your business or organisation) the importance of mantras and how to add meditation and mindfulness into your classes.
🥨We will cover activities to help with regulation and promoting a calm body.
There will also be lots of practical sessions including mindful craft ideas and activities as well as group games and themes. Some will be tweaked as we are completing this online but we will cover them so you will have the knowledge of how to run them.
🥨I will also provide information on insurance companies, business advice and advice on how to launch your classes and ideas how to sell yourself in our area to generate work, bookings and classes.
🧠You will be full of ideas and excitement after the training,and may be astounded at thr fire in your belly
