About this Event

Join us for a relaxed creative journalling workshop all about self-reflection, creativity and community. Learn how to combine the art scrap-booking, collage and mixed media approach to journalling. Alongside the journalling exercises, we will be gathering ideas and feedback to help shape our future wellbeing programmes for Cairnview Studio CIC. Facilitated by HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist.

The workshop will take place Upstairs at Hygge Salon, Omagh.
