The Mawson Lakes edition of Adelaide’s iconic Corporate Cup offers a fantastic, flat lakeside course perfect for northern-suburbs workplaces, community groups, and solo runners or walkers. Spanning 14 weeks, this fortnightly series focuses on pacing, consistency, and building healthy habits over 7 mid-week rounds.
The route takes participants on a fast, scenic loop around the lake right off Mawson Lakes Boulevard. With a flexible "turn up and run" time slot across the morning and lunchtime, it fits seamlessly into a busy workday. Track your personal improvement or go head-to-head with cross-office rivals using the official onsite timing card system.
Format: 7 fortnightly rounds over 14 weeks (August – November)
Day & Time: Wednesdays; turn up and scan in anytime between 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
Distances: 2.25km (1 lap of the lake) or 4.5km (2 laps).
Location: Start/Finish line at the North Bank of the lake (corner of Mawson Lakes Boulevard & Main Street, opposite Relish on Main).
Entry: Open to individuals or teams of up to 7 people.
