We are excited to offer the full Randolph County 4-H Summer Agriventures for Summer 2026! We look forward to seeing our repeat families and meeting our new ones.
4-H Summer Agriventures are educational programs sponsored by Randolph County 4-H to assist youth in developing essential life skills while having fun!
Participants must also enroll in 4-H online and enrollment must take place prior to attending their first session.
Special Notes:
- Each participant must have their own 4-H enrollment.
- Refunds will only be offered at the discretion of the 4-H Agent. If a class is canceled for adverse weather, it will be rescheduled at the convenience of the agent.
- Persons with disabilities and persons with limited English proficiency may request accommodations to participate by contacting Allison Walker, 4-H Agent, at 336-467-2927 or [email protected] by June 1, 2026.
- Water and snacks will be provided at each program.
- All youth must enroll in 4-H to attend classes (choose member at large for club). Enrollment is free, but is required before participating. During enrollment, you will be asked if you understand and agree to abide by the North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program Liability Waiver, Assumption of the Risk, Photo & Media Release, and Indemnification Agreements. 6/24 “Busy Bees Workshop” A Day in the Life of a Honey Bee ($15.00)
Info: Join us for a one-day immersive adventure into the secret world of honeybees! From the "waggle dance" to the science of pollination, we’re diving into the hive to discover why these “busy bees” are our planet’s SUPERHEROES!

6/30 A-MAZE-ing Mice: Coding for Beginners ($10.00)
Info: Who knew coding could be this cute?
Join 4-H for a morning of robot mouse madness! Our youngest members will get hands-on experience with basic programming as they help their robot friends navigate crazy courses and solve puzzles.
Perfect for little hands with big ideas—come code, play, and learn with us!

7/8 Let’s get dirty! ($15.00)
Info: Think dirt is boring? Think again! Join the 4-H crew for a day of Soil Science. From painting with
earth-tones to building edible soil profiles, we’re exploring the properties of the ground in the most creative ways possible. You’ll craft with it, learn from it, and even make a snack inspired by it (don’t worry, no real worms included!).

7/9 Fancy Fun Workshop ($20.00)

Our 5-7 crew is getting ready for the ultimate tea party. We’re spending the day decorating our own tea cups, crafting spectacular hats, and learning the 'Golden Rules' of table manners. From setting the perfect table to being a gracious guest, it’s a day of fancy fun and 4-H friendship. Grab your creative spirit and get ready to par-tea!

7/9 Flip Flops & Frosty Fun ($10.00) ALL AGES
Info: The sun is out, but the 'snow' is on the craft table! Come celebrate the winter holidays in July with our 4-H family. We’ll be joined by a guest artist to teach us the secrets of making beautiful ornaments. It’s an all-ages holiday bash featuring summer vibes and winter crafts.
Wear the flip flops, stay for the frosty fun, and take home a handmade holiday masterpiece!

7/23 Helping Hands, Hero Hearts ($10.00)
Info: Mission Alert: Our local first responders are stopping by, and we need a team of Cloverbuds to help us welcome them!
After getting an up-close look at their gear and hearing their stories, we’ll head to the 4-H Service Station to pack 'Helper Kits 'for our heroes. From snacks to hand-written notes, every goody bag we build is a high-five from us to them.

7/28 Sew Cute! A Felt Friend Workshop ($15.00)
Info: Big projects start with small stitches!
This hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to sewing for our 5–7 year olds. Using safe needles and colorful materials, kids will practice their fine motor skills as they assemble, stuff, and decorate a custom felt character. It’s a wonderful way to build confidence, patience, and creativity— one stitch at a time!

8/6 Pins & Putters: The Great Summer Send Off ($20.00)
Info: Ready to test your skills one last time this summer?
We’re trading our tech and threads for bowling shoes and putters! Come join the whole 4-H crew for a day of friendly competition. From the 'Gutter Ball Gurus' to the 'Mini-Golf Masters,' there’s a
place for everyone. Let's see who can conquer the course and clear the pins at our final summer blowout!
Snacks, drinks, and lunch will be provided. Bring socks for bowling and wear a hat and/or sunscreen for putt-putt.
