2025 New Year Sound Journey | Donation-Based

Join us for a relaxing sound bath on the evening of Saturday January 25. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The focus will be on freedom and setting intentions for 2025.

The session will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, gong, and singing pyramid.

All are welcome but space is limited.

No experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and heart.

This event is donation-based.

The sound bath takes place at Aikido Del Mar from 5:00 to 6:15 pm. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubby before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space!
