About this Event
The Art & Fashion Law Conference joins two global industries in one compelling program. Experts in litigation, employment law, data privacy, intellectual property and product liability will collaborate in panels at the advanced and primer levels. The conference is designed for attorneys and non-attorneys who are interested in the intersection of art, fashion, and the law. Take advantage of the 10% off Early Bird rate by registering before January 11, 2025. Single day and full conference registration tickets are available. Conference attendees will be invited to a cocktail reception on February 12, 2025 to mingle and network with conference faculty and fellow attendees. The conference is exclusively available in-person. There is no hybrid streaming available. Cosponsored by the Southern New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

CLE Credit
CLE Credit will only be issued for New York.
Attendees may receive up to 10.0 General CLE credits in New York.
Attendees outside of NY may contact their respective jurisdictions to determine if they're able to claim credit independently.
Attendees will be responsible for checking in and out of programming onsite in order to meet New York attendance requirements. Certificates will be issued via email following the event.

Financial Assistance
Program registrants (both FBA members and nonmembers) who are unable to afford the registration fee may receive a 50% discount on the member rate. Qualifying attorneys include those who are unemployed or actively seeking employment. A formal letter requesting the discount must be emailed to [email protected]. The letter must state the reason for the attorney’s interest in the course or activity as well as proof of income or an explanation of financial hardship. It must be signed by the requesting lawyer.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration refunds (minus all handling fees and/or taxes) will be processed for cancellations received by Wednesday, February 5, 2025. After the posted cancellation date, registrations may be transferred to another attendee but not refunded.
