**CLASS DATES HAVE BEEN UPDATED FOR THIS COURSE**SESSIONS NOW BEGIN OCTOBER 15**In this course, students will explore documentary photography, capturing real people, places, things, and events to tell authentic stories. We’ll study influential photographers, build technical and compositional skills, and discuss ethical considerations. Students may work with digital cameras, film cameras, or camera phones.
Each participant will create a small documentary project, from planning to final edit, culminating in a public exhibition at the LSSU Library Gallery. This class is open to photographers of all skill levels.
