Our hybrid program blends virtual training and homework assignments with group sessions, allowing you to progress at your own rhythm with a flexible schedule. With in-person sessions held over 12 weekends from October 2025 to February 2026, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow trainees and deepen your practice under the guidance of our expert instructors.
With enrollment limited to just eight participants, our program offers an intimate, personalized experience where your growth is truly supported. This small-group setting allows for meaningful connections, individualized feedback, and the space to fully explore your personal path as both student and teacher.
Our team-taught model brings together five experienced instructors and practitioners, each offering their own unique voice and area of expertise. This collaborative approach enriches your education with diverse perspectives, techniques, and teaching styles—broadening your understanding of yoga and preparing you to lead with authenticity and confidence.
