Toastmasters District 38 invites you to our 2025 Annual Conference, where the theme "YOU Have a Voice" comes to life through a weekend of inspiration, education, and connection.

• Keynote Address by Past International President Lark Doley, DTM – The Golden Lady: Be inspired by Lark’s powerful leadership and discover how to use your voice to inspire change.
• Educational Workshops: Enhance your communication and leadership skills with hands-on, interactive sessions.
• Parade of Banners: Represent your club and celebrate your achievements.
• Recognition Luncheon: Celebrate the achievements of our clubs and individual members while enjoying a plated lunch.
• District Speech Contest: Cheer on our talented finalists as they compete for the chance to move on to the next level.
• Installation Dinner: Honor our incoming District leaders and celebrate leadership and success.
• Roundtable Discussions: Join small group discussions with Toastmasters leaders, where you can ask questions, gain insights, and benefit from personalized guidance on topics that matter to you.
• The Voice Exchange: Submit your questions for District leaders and hear their insights, ideas, and answers in a lively exchange.
