Jennifer Robinson
Jennifer is a Lifestyle & Communications Expert. Her topics include strategic networking, communications, leadership, resilience, personal branding, social media strategy and business etiquette. She is also a TEDx speaker and a media contributor, who has been featured both locally and nationally. Her media coverage includes Cheddar, CBS, NBC, PHL17, FOX, Forbes, The Huffington Post, Thrive Global, Chicago Tribune, Main Line Today andPhiladelphia Magazine. She serves as a contributor for Entrepreneur Magazine. Jennifer also teaches Business Communication at The Wharton School. She is publishing a book titled, “Lucky.”
Jennifer also does work as a mid-life influencer and content creator under Being Fancy in Philly & Beyond, working with brands and campaigns. She specializes in fashion, travel, lifestyle, and food. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania. She speaks and lobbies as a patient advocate for Brain Injury Awareness.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College and her law degree (J.D.) from Villanova School of Law. She holds certifications in Event Planning, Non-Profit Management, Social Media Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Hospitality & Tourism and Conflict Resolution. She is also a certified virtual presenter.

Elizabeth Monroe
Beth Monroe serves as the Executive Director of the Women’s Resource Center, where she leads a dedicated team to empower women and girls navigating life transitions. By offering critical resources, tools, and support, the WRC fosters hope and opportunity for a brighter future.
With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Beth has built a strong foundation in development and institutional advancement. Her leadership has consistently driven success in exceeding financial goals, forging impactful relationships with key stakeholders, and introducing solutions to create lasting change.
Beth specializes in fundraising strategy, board development, major gift cultivation, and donor relations. Her expertise in identifying and maximizing revenue streams aligns seamlessly with her strategic focus on achieving the organization’s mission.
Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing from Penn State University. Outside of work, she is a competitive sculler, a novice pickleball player, and enjoys quality time with her three sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.

Cherie Crosby-Weeks
Dr. Cherie L. Crosby-Weeks is a passionate educator who has always put her students first and prides herself on providing high-quality learning experiences, mentoring, and advising. Building relationships is at the heart of what she does as a human being. Dr. Crosby-Weeks is a 30-year veteran educator, the Program Director for all education programs, and a Professor of Education. She teaches the college's ECE, Child Development, and Child Care Administration coursework. Dr. Crosby-Weeks has a Ph.D. in K-12 Studies from Capella University (2016), an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with Adult Education from the University of Phoenix (2008), and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Kutztown University with Instructional I Certification. She has been dedicated to education for the past 30 years and is also a Canvas Certified Instructor.
Before joining Manor College in January 2011, she was a program director in several early learning programs in Philadelphia and is a former early intervention teacher and preschool teacher. Outside of Manor College, Dr. Crosby-Weeks volunteers with TLC for the People and Breathing Room Foundation and serves on the following boards: Parent-Infant Center (former employer), Maternity Care Coalition, and the Parkinson Council. She has a strong passion for teaching, instructional design, equity, helping others achieve their goals, and scholarship in her field. Lastly, she is an avid reader, reading about 200 books a year.
