2025 District 38 Conference Sponsorship & Program Advertising Options

Sponsoring the Toastmasters District 38 2025 Conference, “You Have A Voice!”, is an opportunity to gain exposure with qualified professionals for your product and/or services. Toastmasters International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and your sponsorship contributions may be tax-deductible.

This is a rare opportunity to take advantage of advertising exposure at a targeted group. We have a cap on the amount of ad space available so this is a first-come, first-served opportunity and we will stop taking ad requests once space is no longer available.

The Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern and Central New Jersey District of Toastmasters International will be hosting its Annual Conference from Friday to Sunday, April 25-27, 2025 at the Alloy King of Prussia – A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in King of Prussia, PA. The conference is a three-day event which, in addition to the Keynote and Guest Speaker Sessions, includes Educational Workshops, Networking, the District level International and Table Topics Speech Contest, the Annual Awards Ceremony and much more.

Toastmasters provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to improve communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth benefitting both employers and themselves. There are 139 clubs located in Eastern Pennsylvania, Central & Southern New Jersey. Each year Toastmasters districts have conferences to enhance members’ communication and leadership skills through educational sessions, speech contest and conduct critical business.

To make this event a success, we are seeking sponsorships and donations and invite your company to advertise in our program or donate promotional items to be given to conference attendees. A listing of the many sponsorship levels and advertising opportunities is attached.
