Join lead trainer Heather and guest teacher Sudhir Rishi on a 6-month training journey to amplify your practice and become a qualified Yoga Teacher. The training course is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance US, and Yoga Alliance Professionals UK who also provide teaching insurance once you have completed your training.
The basis of our training program focuses on how to teach Vinyasa with a special emphasis on mindful movement and intelligent sequencing, whilst exploring some other styles for further exploration once you are teaching (teaching pregnant students, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Philosophy, etc.) Our course is spread out over weekends (in-person) and some Fridays online.
