Do you love yoga, want to deepen your own practice and understanding of this ancient system? Do you dream of spreading the joy of yoga the world? Does the idea of being a part of someone’s transformational journey appeal to you? Are you seeking your true Dharma?

To one or more of those questions, we would love to invite you to consider participating in our upcoming 200h Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hours intensive Teacher Training- the transformational journey for the Body, Mind and Heart! This training is certified by Yoga Alliance International.

We know that there are many trainings available across the globe, and here’s why our program is completely unique:

– Our main teacher- Stephanie Miller is an internationally recognized, accomplished yoga professional with years of experience teaching and also an owner of multi- site yoga studio company. Stephanie will be accompanied by Joga Centrum’s Monika Broz, who will share her passion for crafting creative sequencing, theme based yoga classes, chakra system, creating beautiful and safe space, and the business know-how for yoga teachers.
– In addition to Stephanie and Monika we’ll stream USA based teachers, Greg Nardi, Kelly Kamm and Dena Grushkin over zoom. We are also bringing in a team of local teachers who will each share their knowledge in specialized area such as singing mantras, pre-natal yoga, creative sequencing, and many more!
+ As a special bonus, we will conduct a workshop on The Business of Yoga- Branding and Marketing for Yoga Professionals, where we’ll craft a creative bio/ class description to be used ‘in the real world’.
– Each new yoga teacher will receive a professional photo session, and ready-to use portraits/ headshots.
- You will receive 15 class pass to our studio with 3 locations across Kraków to practice and fulfill your assignments after the training

The curriculum itself is extremely comprehensive, encompassing the deep understanding of the roots of philosophy of yoga, the practical skills to facilitate the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of living and teaching this ancient practice.
By following the path of traditional Hatha- Raja- Vinyasa Yoga, which includes the eight limbs, the practitioner will be guided on their path to enrich and deepen their own personal practice.

I loved the journey to the inner-self, to be conscious what's inside of me, what my thoughts and habits are - all work we did about Yamas and nijamas. Physical part of training was awesome too, of course - learning adjustments piece by piece was great.
