The Atman Yoga School is excited to once again bring one of the most comprehensive yoga and ayurveda teacher training programs to Oslo, starting in January 2025 at the beautiful Glød Yoga (Frogner) studio.
Join us for this semi-intensive Yoga Alliance registered program, which is designed to meet the needs and interests of the modern yogi, while honoring the wisdom of ayurveda and yoga philosophy.
In this training, you can expect to learn the nuts-and-bolts of how to confidently teach a safe, fun, and dynamic vinyasa class.
We study: posture clinics, anatomy, sequencing, class planning, ethics, cueing, creating playlists, meditation, business of yoga, hands-on-assists, yoga philosophy, ayurveda, and so much more.
Have fun, make friends, and find your community!
Open to both students who want to learn how to teach yoga, and students who just want to deepen their knowledge of yoga.
