New Year's RESOLUTIONs and a new moon ritual December 30th 2024
Join yoga teachers and facilitators Millaray and Taj as we gather for the final new moon ritual of the year, basking in the caring light of Capricorn. Together, we'll joyfully bid farewell to the year, weaving our intentions with the power of chanting, deep breaths, and meditation. With heartfelt reflection, we'll lovingly review the past year, deciding what we'll carry forward and what we'll gracefully leave behind. There will be writing prompts and questions of reflection to work with.
During this sacred gathering, we'll delve into the recesses of our souls, uncovering new aspirations and desires for the journey ahead. We'll conclude our evening with some divinations and a deepening yin session with nidra.
Remember to bring writing materials and comfortable attire, so you can fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience. Additionally, you're welcome to bring a special item to place on our altar of light adding your unique energy to the collective magic of the night.
