Managing daily spending is the foundational step toward financial wellness.

In this seminar, participants receive an overview of coaching exercises designed to build financial resilience, including future-self visualisation, delayed gratification, strategic debt use, and creating a personalized value matrix.

The session explores the connection between emotions and spending habits, equipping participants with practical tools to cultivate a healthier relationship with money.

About the Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership

The Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership is a collaboration between the University of Huddersfield, 3M Buckley Innovation Centre, Business Kirklees, the NHS and other local and regional health and wellbeing partners.

This ecosystem of public, private and third sector organisations offers business support initiatives, such as industry-related events, 1:1 mentoring, grants for product development, proof of concept and employee wellbeing, as well as access to a Health Innovation Network.

This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
