2-Day Spoon Carving Workshop

Join us this Spring for more adult craft workshops at Poole's Cavern & Buxton Country Park!

• Two-day Spoon Carving Workshop – create your own spatula and spoon!
• Learn traditional spoon carving in the peaceful BCA Tree Nursery Teepee Tent at Poole’s Cavern & Buxton Country Park Visitor Centre
• Led by Graeme Turner of Grizzleypaw Designs
• Suitable for all abilities – no prior experience needed
• Day 1: Learn essential knife, axe and saw skills to carve a spatula
• Day 2: Build on your skills to carve your own spoon
• Small group of just 8 participants for personalised guidance
• All tools and materials provided
• Tea, coffee, squash and snacks included (please bring a packed lunch)
• Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th April, 9:30–15:30 each day
• £100 per person + booking fee
• Adults 18+ only
• Please note, that unfortunately this activity is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with mobility restrictions due to uneven ground and paving at the Tree Nursery
