The Fellowship Retreat - 2-Days of Men - Walking to Wisdom & Wellbeing

The Fellowship Retreat is a two-day, small-group gathering for men who want space to think clearly, walk honestly, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Held at Gradbach Mill, Staffordshire, the retreat brings together just eight men for walking and talking in nature, simple bushcraft skills, and thoughtful dialogue.

There is no performance, no fixing, and no forced vulnerability.

Instead, the experience is designed to create the right conditions for insight, calm, and genuine connection to arise naturally.

Walking side by side outdoors supports flow states and whole-brained thinking.

Nature provides rhythm, metaphor, and perspective.

Dialogue — inspired by Socrates and Aristotle — allows deeper understanding to emerge through conversation rather than instruction.

This is not a workshop or training programme.

It’s a return to an older, wiser way of learning: through movement, presence, and shared inquiry in good company, just the way Aristotle and Socrates did in Ancient Athens.

Men leave with greater clarity, confidence, and connection — to themselves, to others, and to the path they want to walk next.
