2 day Innerdance immersion retreat

Join Katie Holland and James Bailey for a beautiful immersive weekend of self exploration, awakening and healing facilitated through the innerdance process, paired with soul nourishing organic food from Fair Harvest permaculture gardens.

innerdance is an internal movement meditation facilitated by sound, touch and intuitive words. Participants are invited to join a state of trust and surrender, leading to a healing and often shamanic type journey that connects the mind, body and soul in unity in sacred geometry

This is an inner adventure composed of natural movements, awareness, emotional release and insights. We start by comfortably lying down with eyes closed. The frequencies of the music being played guide the brain through various brainwave states, including those associated with lucid dreaming and deep theta healing.

Katie Holland

Katie trained directly with Pi Villaraza, the creator of innerdance in 2014.
She is a senior trainer and is currently teaching as part of a year long global advanced training and has extensive experience as an innerdance facilitator & trainer. To date Katie has taught over fifty trainings worldwide

She has been extremely active in sharing innerdance and was one of the first facilitators to share these transformational trainings in the UK & EuropeAn award winning, internationally renowned and a highly sought-after sacred dance therapist, professional artist and teacher.

Katie has followed a lifelong exploration in conscious movement for healing and spiritual development including in-depth studies with masters of sacred and cultural dances in India, Bali, Asia, Egypt, Turkey, Bulgaria and the UK

The creator of the alchemical dance therapy Awakened Bellydance, Katie has spent thirty years as a dance teacher, performer and energy whisperer

Katie's natural intuitive ability to hold space is testament to her commitment and a wealth of wisdom through facilitating trainings, retreats, dance and energy-based workshops globally.https://awbdance.com

James Bailey

James is a 200hr certified Ashtanga yoga teacher who quit his corporate job in 2011 and travelled extensively through South America, Europe, India and Asia for over two and a half years. He was introduced to innerdance by a friend in the Philippines in 2014

There he completed his first innerdance Energy School with Pi Villarazza the founder of innerdance. This had a transformative effect on his life opening up his understanding of energy work and self healing

He completed a second innerdance Energy School with Pi in 2017 and has been holding space for private and group innerdance sessions since 2019
