ELIGIBILITY:
1. Students from all departments (Science, Business Studies,Humanities) o𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 are eligible for participation in Information & Communication Technology Olympiad, Poster Designing, Wall Magazine, Scrapbook, TVC, Product Promotion & selling and Business Idea & Development.
2. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 can participate in Accounting Olympiad, Finance, Banking & Insurance Olympiad, Business Organization & Management Olympiad.

OLYMPIAD:
1. Attendees must sit for a written question paper within a specified time-frame.
2. The question paper will be provided in both English and Bengali languages, and participants are required to bring their own writing materials, such as pens and pencils.
3.The use of calculators is strictly prohibited.
4. During the segment, participants are not allowed to use any communication devices or access the internet.
5. Any form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
6. There is no registration fee, but participants must pre-register as on-site registration is not available.
7. Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled segment time.
8. Participants have to register separately for each olympiad.

POSTER DESIGNING:
1.Participants will be given a surprise topic for the poster designing segment.
2 They can use logos, mottoes, calligraphy, drawing, and other creative elements to complete the poster.
3. It's essential to bring all necessary items to complete the task. Such as pencils, colors, brushes etc.
4. The poster will be provided on the spot, and participants will have one hour to complete it.

PRODUCT PROMOTION & SELLING:
1. You'll have just one chance to impress the judges.
2. Products will be provided by the judges.
3.Take a minute to collect your thoughts and then you'll have two minutes to make your pitch.
4. The judges will be looking for qualities like confidence, intellect, and critical thinking.
5. The top three contenders will be recognized for their outstanding performance.

WALL MAGAZINE:
**Teams can have a maximum of three members for the competition.**
[Participants will display their wall magazines and judges will select the top 5 wall magazine winners.]
[Participants have to create the wall magazine from home and will display their wall magazine on 30th April 2024.]
Rules:
1. The topic of the wall magazine can be anything. but it should be creative and informative.
2. Each team consists of 1-3 members.
3. Size-3 feet* 5 feet.
4. Language: Bangla or English whichever is comfortable for the participants.
5. Submission date: 30th April 2024

6. One member from each team has to be with the wall magazine in the gallery on 2nd May,2024 7.All participants need to be from the same institution.

SCRAPBOOK:
**Teams can have a maximum of three members for the competition.**
[Participants will display their scrapbooks and judges will select the top 5 scrapbook winners.]
[Participants have to create the scrapbook from home and will display their scrapbook on 30th April,2024.
Rules:
1. The topic of the scrapbook can be anything but it should be creative and informative.
2. Each team consists of 1-3 members.
3. Language: Bangla or English whichever is comfortable for the participants.
4. Submission date: 30th April,2024
5. One member from each team has to be with the scrapbook in the gallery on 2nd May,2024
6. Explanation is not needed but you may have to answer the judge's question.
7.All the participant needs to be from the same institution.

BUSINESS IDEA & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
**Teams can have a maximum of three members for the competition.**
1. In order to participate, teams must create a model or presentation to demonstrate their business idea. Physical models and multimedia slides are both acceptable forms of submission.
2. Each team is responsible for bringing their required equipment and tools to the event. Additionally, teams must bring a tablecloth to showcase their project.
3. All entries must be submitted on May 1,2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4.Please keep in mind that if you are planning on presenting a video or slides to the judges via your laptop,it must not exceed 7 minutes in length.

TVC (ADVERTISEMENT MAKING):
**Teams can have a maximum of three members for the competition.**
[Participants will mail their advertisement video and the judges will select the top 3 advertisement winners.]
**The participant has to submit her/their advertisement through a short video of 60 seconds maximum. The participant should have to upload that video on Google drive and mail it to us according to this format:
