Step into a world of adventure every Thursday at our 16+ Stretford Gaming Group, where Dungeons & Dragons takes centre stage. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or have never rolled a d20 before, you'll have the chance to create unforgettable characters, embark on epic quests, solve mysteries, battle fearsome monsters, and work together as a party in a fun, welcoming environment.
Alongside our regular Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, we also have an extensive range of gaming equipment and software, including PlayStation, Xbox and Wii consoles, plus a fantastic selection of board games for every interest and ability.
I AM Gaming Clubs are tailored specifically for autistic adults, providing a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can enjoy shared interests, develop friendships, and build confidence. Whether you're exploring a fantasy world, tackling a cooperative board game, or enjoying a video game with friends, our sessions are designed to support the unique social and sensory needs of autistic adults.
You'll have the chance to:
✨ Create your own Dungeons & Dragons character and take part in exciting adventures led by experienced Dungeon Masters
✨ Develop teamwork, communication, creativity and problem-solving skills through collaborative role-playing and gaming
✨ Meet new people and build lasting friendships in a friendly, understanding environment
✨ Build confidence and self-expression through imaginative storytelling and social gaming
✨ Learn strategies for managing focus, sensory needs and social interaction in a relaxed, supportive setting
✨ Gain support and guidance from experienced staff who understand the needs of autistic individuals
