12th International Day of Yoga - Free Family Event

This special event is hosted in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Edinburgh and Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust, and brings together communities from across Scotland and beyond to celebrate the global power of yoga.

• A guided Yoga session led by expert instructors
• Breathing techniques and mindfulness practices for all ages
• Live music and cultural performances
• A space to connect, learn, and move together
• Wellness stalls and community networking

Whether you're a lifelong practitioner or trying yoga for the first time, this event is designed for everyone, no matter your age, background, or ability.

• A yoga mat (a limited number will be available on-site)
• Water bottle and comfortable clothing
• An open heart and a willingness to try something new!
