Join us as we move through the meditative practice of completing 108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the summer solstice and transition into the new season. With a rhythmic pace we will move through this magical dance of movement linked with breath. Variations will be offered, and you are free to modify, rest, or just complete as many as you can. Please note moving through 108 sun salutations can take anywhere from an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half; please take your time and move at your paces as needed.
