A day of honest conversations about what women are really carrying and what needs to change.
About this Event

Join us for a powerful and transformative day at “10 Years of Changing the Conversation,” an event dedicated to having raw, honest, and hope-filled discussions for women.

We will delve into real stories, engage in honest conversations, and gain powerful perspectives, because survival isn’t weakness. It’s strength.

We spend a lot of time talking about helping women thrive.

But perhaps a better question is:

How can women thrive when so many are still fighting simply to survive?

Behind every exhausted woman is a story.

Sometimes it's burnout, grief, trauma, the invisible labour of caring for children, partners, parents, colleagues and communities.

Sometimes it's ADHD, perimenopause, chronic illness or financial pressures.

Sometimes it's the impact of abuse, discrimination, workplace cultures that silence people, or systems that simply don't hear women's voices.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded women and participate in a conversation that could truly start ot make change we need so desperately.
