Senior Leaders Peer Support Forum - Manchester
About this Event
A confidential, carefully facilitated peer forum for senior leaders who want space to think clearly, tackle live leadership challenges and gain perspective from outside their usual circle.
Leadership can be isolating. The most important questions are often the ones we carry quietly — about people, growth, change, culture, relationships, decisions, or the next step for the organisation.
The Senior Leaders Peer Support Forum offers a confidential, cross-sector space for senior leaders to step back, think well, and hear fresh perspectives from other experienced leaders.
This is not a conventional networking event. It is a small, thoughtful, interruption-light forum where people bring real leadership and organisational challenges, listen generously, and leave with clearer thinking, practical options and renewed momentum.
Who it is for
The Forum is designed for senior leaders, directors, founders, business owners and C-suite leaders who value confidential, high-quality conversation with peers outside their usual day-to-day context.
Groups are intentionally small — typically around 6–8 people, with a maximum of 10 — so that everyone has meaningful time and the quality of the room is protected.
What you can expect
In the Forum, you will have space to:
- Step back from the noise of day-to-day leadership
- Think through live leadership or organisational challenges
- Gain fresh perspective from experienced senior peers
- Hear what others are facing across different sectors
- Leave with greater clarity, confidence, options and next steps
The Forum is facilitated by Rachel Kochany of Realise Realign Coaching and Consultancy, drawing on her background in leadership coaching, complex change, Time to Think practice, strengths-based development and senior peer group facilitation.
