10:45am Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch, Stress Relief & Relaxation (North Park)

Slow down and reset your mind and body with a deeply grounding Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, increase mobility, and support nervous system regulation. This gentle, floor-based class uses long-held, supported poses to target connective tissue, open the body, and promote emotional and physical relaxation.

Yin Yoga is perfect for beginners, athletes, busy professionals, anyone dealing with stress or anxiety, and anyone needing a soft, supportive way to unwind at the end of the week.

What to Expect:
• Long, supported holds (3–5 minutes)
• Bolsters, blocks, blankets provided
• Slow pace + meditative stillness
• Breath awareness for calming the mind
