This gentle, floor-based class uses long-held, supported poses to target connective tissue, open the body, and promote emotional and physical relaxation.

Yin Yoga is perfect for beginners, athletes, busy professionals, anyone dealing with stress or anxiety, and anyone needing a soft, supportive way to unwind at the end of the week.

What to Expect:
