Jenna Dillon is from Cochrane Alberta and visiting Edmonton with her 17 Alchemy Crystal Tones Bowls.
We will begin with a gentle guided relaxation as you settle comfortably into your hammock, allowing the mind to quiet, the body to soften and the nervous system to unwind. From there, you will be immersed in approximately one hour of sound as the frequencies of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls surround you.
When combined with intention, these unique, therapeutic quality bowls raise our vibration. This encourages a healthier, balanced state in the body, mind and spirit.
Suspended in your hammock, you can simply rest, receive and allow yourself to be held by the experience. The gentle support of the hammock combined with the sound creates a beautiful space to deeply relax, reconnect and let go of the outside world.
Whether this is your first sound bath or you have experienced many, every session is unique. Come as you are, get cozy and give yourself permission to simply receive.
Jenna Dillon is a passionate sound practitioner with over 4 years of experience and extented knowledge on the Crystal Bowls and frequency healing.
