$69 SALE for our JULY 4-Week SERIES. Designed for the absolute beginner. NO DANCE, FLEXIBILITY, or FITNESS EXPERIENCE NEEDED!Begins Wednesday, July 10th at 7:15pm and runs consecutively each Wednesday until July 31st. (Dates: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st)
This 4-week course focuses on students new to pole fitness and those mastering the basics of Pole Fitness technic and movement. A qualified (and certified) instructor will teach techniques for each move, including muscle engagement and conditioning needed. By the end of your 4-week course you will have built strength, stamina, flexibility, and more confidence than you could have ever imagined.
Every week, once a week for 4 weeks. Same day, same time, same instructor! This way we get to know you and your strengths so we can help you build up gradually.

We HIGHLY recommend a student take this course TWICE or take additional weekly classes in conjunction to this course before moving to the next level. This truly depends of the individual, so talk with your instructor if you're unsure before moving forward to level 1 classes.
