Hi friends,
Let’s gather for a Sunday afternoon of movement, reflection, and connection before the new week begins!
This session is inspired by the yogic idea of Santosha — finding contentment in the here and now.
What to expect:
🌿 Opening Circle – grounding and intention setting
🧘‍♀️ Yoga Flow – all levels vinyasa
📝 Journaling & Reflection – write, draw, or simply sit with your thoughts - I will provide a few prompting questions to reflect on
💬 Sharing Circle with Tea – an optional space to connect and meet others
The event will be in English. All levels are welcome — bring a pen and journal;
mats, blankets, props, and tea are provided.
