I am excited to announce that Triple I Yoga is teaming up with The Releafery at Green Ridge Corners for a unique yoga experience!
Join us on Tuesday, June 16, from 5:30–6:45 PM for a thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa Yoga class, followed by gentle Pranayama breathing techniques. The class will be held at The Releafery’s beautiful storefront and is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized.
The cost is $25 and includes:
• A mindful 75-minute yoga and breathwork experience
• One bottle of The Releafery’s handcrafted Yoga Mat Spray or their seasonal “Bugger Off” Bug Spray
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to join us for this special collaboration.
