Single Moms Night Out is hosted by Adopt A Single Mom Project to provide social and emotional support, connect to real-life support, and meaningful experiences.
This month's topic is in partnership with Maternal Health & Family Services.

This is event will be facilitated by Lori Bonafede, CRNP the Women’s Healthcare Provider with MHFS to speak on “Menopause and Hormones” and Laurie Waskovich, RD and Brennah Riley, Nutritionist will do a cooking demo on nutrition for healthy hormones.
