2-Hour Workshop | For Parents + Kids
Join us for a special Adventure Eaters session designed to support families navigating picky eating with guidance from licensed feeding therapist Gina of SipSwallowSpeech.com. This two-part experience is both educational and fun—offering parents practical strategies and giving kids a chance to get hands-on in the kitchen.
Part One:
Parents sit down with Gina for a supportive discussion around feeding challenges—from picky eating to mealtime stress—and walk away with approachable tools, tips, and mindset shifts that really work. While parents are in session, kids head to the MePowered Pastries kitchen with Laura and the team to bake up a variety of fun, kid-friendly treats designed to encourage trying new flavors and textures.
Part Two:
Parents rejoin the group as their kids lead them through a special tasting session—sharing the creations they made and taking pride in their culinary adventures! It’s a sweet way to build confidence, connection, and joy around food—together.
This session is ideal for families looking to reduce mealtime battles, expand food acceptance, and build a more positive relationship with eating—all in a playful, low-pressure setting.
Class price includes all ingredients and materials for one kid.
